Defending Dignity. Promoting Inclusion. Empowering Every Voice.
At the heart of the Youth Justice Network lies an unshakable belief: human rights are universal, non-negotiable, and indivisible.
In Pakistan, millions continue to face discrimination, social exclusion, religious intolerance, gender inequality, and lack of access to justice. Minority youth often remain marginalized, their voices silenced by systemic barriers and social stigma.
YJN’s Human Rights & Equality Department exists to challenge these injustices, promote social inclusion, and build a Pakistan where every individual is treated with respect, fairness, and dignity regardless of faith, ethnicity, gender, or economic background.
We envision a society where diversity is celebrated, not punished, and where youth lead the way toward a culture of tolerance, justice, and equality.
To promote and protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of all individuals, empower minority and marginalized youth, and strengthen Pakistan’s commitment to human dignity, equality, and justice through advocacy, education, and youth mobilization.
Advocate for human rights protections in national policies and governance.
Empower minority and underrepresented youth through training, mentorship, and inclusion programs.
Combat hate speech, discrimination, and intolerance across all social and digital spaces.
Promote gender equality, freedom of belief, and social justice through community engagement.
Create platforms where diverse youth voices can be heard, represented, and respected.
A powerful movement launched by YJN to raise awareness about discrimination, classism, and social exclusion faced by youth across Pakistan. Through seminars, youth panels, and media outreach, the campaign emphasizes that justice and opportunity must never depend on one’s background, religion, or gender.
The campaign’s message is clear:
“Equality is not a privilege — it’s a right.”
One of YJN’s most urgent and emotional missions is protecting children from abuse, neglect, and trafficking.
Our campaign began with the Muzaffargarh Child Abuse & Trafficking Case, where YJN publicly demanded justice for victims, mobilized youth voices on social media, and exposed systemic failures in law enforcement and accountability.
Under the Child Protection & Justice Program, YJN:
Conducts awareness drives in schools and communities on child safety.
Advocates for stronger laws and enforcement mechanisms.
Collaborates with child rights NGOs for victim support and rehabilitation.
Organizes petitions and campaigns demanding swift and transparent investigations.
Every child deserves safety and YJN will never stop fighting for that right.
Equality is the foundation of justice.
YJN’s Minority Inclusion Initiative champions religious and ethnic harmony, ensuring equal representation and social inclusion for all.
Our campaigns include:
Advocacy for inclusion of minority youth in national youth policies.
Public awareness campaigns promoting interfaith understanding and unity.
Seminars and forums on religious tolerance and equal citizenship.
Partnerships with local communities to promote peaceful coexistence.
YJN believes Pakistan’s diversity is its strength and inclusion is its future.
Corruption is not just an economic problem it’s a moral failure that robs citizens of their rights.
YJN’s Anti-Corruption Youth Watch works to expose and challenge corruption at every level, from local offices to national institutions.
We advocate for:
Transparency in governance and public spending.
Youth-led watchdog initiatives to monitor local development projects.
Ethics and accountability education in schools and universities.
Public petitions calling for investigations into major cases of injustice and malpractice (e.g., medical negligence, police abuse, and government corruption).
Recent campaigns include:
#JusticeAgainstShifa — against medical malpractice at major hospitals.
#YouthAgainstCorruption — an online movement promoting transparency in public offices.
YJN’s message is clear: “Those who exploit the system must be held accountable no matter their title.”
Gender inequality remains one of Pakistan’s most pressing challenges. Women and girls face limited access to education, workplace discrimination, and systemic barriers in leadership and justice. YJN runs regular campaigns to promote equal rights, representation, and safety for women and girls, engaging both male and female youth as advocates of gender equality.
YJN works to empower women and girls, ensuring their safety, opportunity, and equal participation in all aspects of life.
Our recent initiatives include:
Online campaign #EqualPakistan promoting gender inclusivity.
Policy proposals for workplace equality and protection laws.
Awareness sessions on gender-based violence and harassment.
Workshops and dialogues on gender-based violence and harassment awareness.
Equal Pay and Opportunity Campaigns advocating workplace inclusion.
Women in Leadership Program — mentoring young women for leadership roles.
Collaboration with legal aid groups to support survivors of abuse and harassment.
“Equality isn’t a favor — it’s a fundamental right.”
A youth-led advocacy series that highlights cases of institutional negligence, discrimination, or abuse of authority in Pakistan. The campaign mobilizes young voices to demand accountability and transparency while promoting peaceful civic engagement. Each campaign is paired with petition drives, public statements, and media partnerships to ensure visibility and policy impact.
YJN strongly believes that sustainable human rights reform begins with education. Our awareness sessions, campus dialogues, and digital courses educate young Pakistanis on their constitutional rights, international human rights frameworks, and mechanisms for legal recourse. Through the Centre for Politics and International Studies (POLIS), we integrate human rights learning into youth training programs, ensuring that every participant becomes a knowledgeable, ethical, and responsible advocate for justice.
Human rights cannot thrive in isolation, they must live in communities.
YJN collaborates with local organizations, schools, and different institutions to promote understanding, compassion, and respect for all beliefs. Our “One Pakistan, One Humanity” community dialogues create safe spaces for open discussion, cultural exchange, and conflict resolution.
We advocate directly with government bodies, lawmakers, and human rights commissions to address discrimination and inequality. YJN regularly contributes to policy recommendations, petitions, and shadow reports on:
Minority representation in youth and education policies.
Freedom of religion and belief protections.
Equal opportunity frameworks in public institutions.
Anti-hate speech and digital safety laws.
Our advocacy aims to align national policies with UN Sustainable Development Goals 10 (Reduced Inequalities) and 16 (Peace, Justice & Strong Institutions).
Launch of National Youth Dialogue on Human Rights & Tolerance across all provinces.
Establishment of “Youth Equality Circles” in universities to foster inclusive leadership.
Publication of Annual Human Rights & Equality Report 2025, highlighting progress, data, and reforms.
Introduction of the “Human Rights Watch Desk” within YJN to monitor cases and provide support.
