Unpaid internships exploit young graduates under the guise of “experience.” Every year, thousands of students across Pakistan work full-time hours without pay, often in corporate, media, and NGO sectors while struggling with financial insecurity.
This petition calls for a national policy to regulate internships and make it illegal for organizations to hire unpaid interns, ensuring fair wages, legal contracts, and equal opportunity for all youth.
